We offer genuine Swiss watchmaking facility, methodology, techniques, parts and batteries to ensure longevity and value of your Swiss made watches. And we deliver this high standard of Swiss watch after-sales service in a prompt manner that doesn't waste your time or break the bank.

We use only the same top range diagnostic equipment and instruments used by Swiss factories and are in-line with their requirement for constant upgrade of special tools and technique to work on modern high-end Swiss watches.

2002 - Started business in the Swiss luxury watch industry, buying and selling used Rolex watches
2003 - Included trading of other Swiss made luxury watches eg. Omega, Lange A Sohne, Patek Philippe
Coined the term "Pre-owned" to replace "second-hand" when dealing with used watches
Received training on authentication from industry veterans
2004 - Started in-house watch service for watches we sell - acquired specific tools and equipment used by brands
2006 - Established WATCH KLINIK, our first watch service shop at Clark Quay
2008 - Moved to Golden Landmark Shopping Centre due to business requirement, then a major trading centre for used watches in Asia
Started research into scientific methods of authentication based on knowledge derived from industry veterans
Appointed BERGEON Swiss made watch tools distributor
Appointed ELMA-Ultrasonic Germany, German made watch industry equipment and instrument distributor
Appointed LAMPERT PUK Germany, German made watch and jewelry precision micro-welding machine distributor
2009 - Official partnership with MGI Luxury (MOVADO Group International) for after-sales service of their brands of Luxury and Fashion watches
